Quick Home can change its rates and fees by publishing the changes on its website ten days before. However, temporary promotions and changes that result in lower rates and costs are exempt from this requirement.

Quick Home is not responsible for the illegal actions of its users or partners in cleaning businesses.

Quick Home uses third-party background check services to look into the histories of its cleaning partners and cleaners, both directly and indirectly. However, just like you would when interacting with a stranger, each user should use common sense and prudence to safeguard their personal safety and property. Customers agree that Quick Home will not be held responsible for any missing or damaged things that occur during or after using Quick Home's services as a cleaner, cleaning company, or repair partner.

With the payment option listed on the website, Quick Home will bill you for your confirmed booking.

You must keep a copy of the transaction records as well as our rules and regulations if you decide to pay the fee.
